If you do not see your insurance provider listed above, please call the office and check with Robin, our receptionist,  as we can bill most insurance panels as an “out of network provider” and still have your insurance cover most of the services.

Cash is actually a good method to pay for chiropractic care. The patient usually ends up spending less money in the long run, between co-payments and insurance premiums. The doctor is able to provide the best care possible without having insurance companies dictate what they believe the patient requires.

As Dr. Chlebowski is a lifelong student, he recognizes how taxing school can be and therefore provides inexpensive health care to all students.
